Mini Mama’s Miniatures

I finished my first attempt at a mini chocolate cake this morning.

I have to say, it was more difficult doing the icing than I’d anticipated.  I’ll have to think of new ways to do the icing piping in particular.  But make the cake part look spongey and crumbly was a lot easier than I thought it would be.  For a first attempt, it’s pretty good, i think:)  But it made me want lots of chocolate…I think I’m gonna head out to the bakery now and pick up a chocolate cake – or at least a muffin – to cure a craving!
